Clipfine strongly believes in the importance of recruiting, training and retaining a diverse and local workforce. We are committed to developing our staff and if the candidate has a potential or a willingness to learn, we can offer career progression within our organisation.
We help our Clients meet project employment targets by positive discrimination through the employment process targeting local residents and businesses to help us fulfil our obligations. We take a lead role in creating local partnerships to ensure that residents and businesses benefit from the opportunities that the project will bring to the community. We identify the disadvantaged groups within the community and engage with them through community hubs to provide opportunities for employment, training and apprenticeships.
We work with our supply chain partners to provide apprenticeship opportunities so people can fully develop their potential and have a real chance to achieve their career ambitions. Clipfine will ensure that disadvantaged and under-represented groups will have priority access to facilities for training and to encourage job applications from within the local community.
We can provide a bespoke training programme for the project. The aim of these programmes is to provide local residents with a 6 week + introduction to Construction and Logistics within a safe environment. Mentored by Clipfine personnel, they will receive training and assistance to ensure that they complete the course and achieve certification which will assist them in achieving permanent employment.
