The Considerate Constructors Scheme recently visited the Stanhope / Sir Robert McAlpine Quadrant 3 project located on an island site in London's West End; and commented in their Site Report that the welfare facilities managed by Clipfine were first class. Facilities include male and female WC's, showers, changing rooms and a secure clothing storage system. The report further said that site routes and general areas were clean and clear of debris, as well as regular litter picking being regularly carried out around the perimeter of the site in this busy and very visible location. Clipfine are also providing 24/7 Security on site.

Quadrant 3 is a major historic restoration project involving the 94-year-old Regent Palace Hotel being demolished and redeveloped as part of the Crown Estate's plans to create a new identity for Regent Street.
