Site Accommodation and Welfare Facilities

Maintaining a well motivated workforce is key to the successful conclusion of a construction project. We protect this objective through the provision of a fully equipped and functional site.

This includes high quality office accommodation, site canteens, toilets, drying rooms and other facilities. These are serviced by Clipfine to maintain the original high quality site environment. Our staff include cleaning and catering personnel to meet the needs of the project and can include full catering facilities as well as more basic self service functions.

Occupational Health

A protected workforce is a proven benefit. Clipfine can provide a full range of occupational health services on-site, from the provision of trained paramedics to first aid supplies.

Our trained first aiders and nurses can be combined with fully equipped first aid rooms, and treatment areas for minor injuries and ailments. In addition we can facilitate screening clinics on-site to promote health and wellbeing which in turn can impact on-site productivity with reduced absenteeism due to ill health.

Traffic and Pedestrian Management

Clipfine manages vehicular and pedestrian traffic to ensure the construction site operates safely and efficiently. Our personnel are available as a stand alone service or as part of a site wide logistics solution including scheduling, delivery control and the implementation and maintenance of required signage both externally and internally on-site.

Traffic Marshals can control the goods in/out areas, interfacing with the respective trade contractors for deliveries, and can act as safety co-ordinators to ensure separation of traffic and pedestrians, safe manoeuvring of delivery vehicles and the operation of distribution equipment such as Hyab’s, forklifts, pallet trucks and similar machinery.

We also operate a fleet of road and vehicle cleaning equipment that again can be hired as a stand alone service or as part of a comprehensive traffic and pedestrian management package.

Clipfine also provides builderswork services, from brick and block work erection, fire stopping and general joinery as required. We use only qualified trades people with City & Guilds, NVQ or equal qualifications.

Hoarding and Enabling Works

Choose Clipfine to ensure certainty from the outset of the construction project. Our expertise is recognised by leading developers and our turnkey service is trusted for fast and efficient site preparation. This includes access routes and security fencing, ramps and signage. We liaise with temporary services contractors to ensure power and water are readily available. Clients are assured of a well prepared, safe and fully functioning site delivered within deadline and ready to support future development.

Access Control and Security

With contemporary construction projects changing city skylines and receiving high-profile interest, the security of sites has never been more critical.

Clipfine is an SIA Approved Contractors company and can provide fail-safe access control systems to meet the needs of any sized project. Devised following years of experience we can also offer our own system, Time Track, which interfaces with our logistics software, to provide timesheet control and reporting functions.

Fire Management

Clipfine is a responsible construction services partner and safety is a key priority. We provide fully trained people to fulfil fire safety duties. This starts with a fire safety plan for each construction project. This is a dynamic document that is amended to meet changing safety requirements as a construction project progresses. At the outset we appoint trained Fire Marshals who are responsible for specific zones within the construction site. We work closely with clients to establish Fire Safety Plans, the co-ordination of Hot Works and agree emergency procedures and routes.
