Clipfine also participate in a number of local recruitment and training initiatives.
Clipfine works with Jobcentre Plus, Construction Skills, the London Development Agency, Building London Creating Futures, The Learning and Skills Council and within wider supply chains, to offer on-site training and employment. Clipfine further participates in the Building London Creating Futures programme to provide employment opportunities to people in central London.
