BPSD are building 1.25m sq ft of office space along with 4,239 new homes with retail and leisure facilities to complement. It is one of the biggest building sites in Europe, employing 3,000 construction workers. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Clipfine currently have 2 appointments. The first is as Principle Contractor, working directly for the Client, to manage the sitewide areas which sit between multiple plots with multiple tier 1 contractors.
The second is as the Logistics Specialist for Mace who are managing Phase 2.
Clipfine owns and operates its very own Consolidation Centre, providing a fully integrated warehousing and distribution service that allows a ‘Just-in-Time’ approach to deliveries for our projects and corporate clients.
Clipfine works across the country, supporting some of the biggest construction and logistics projects.
