100 Bishopsgate is a development of two mixed-use buildings under construction on Bishopsgate in London. The buildings are situated on the eastern edge of the City of London financial district.
Building 1 on the site is a 40-storey tower comprising of five floors of 44,000 sq ft each and 32 office floors of between 19,000–25,000 sq ft. Building 2 is a seven-storey structure being developed behind a retained façade and will house restaurant and office floors.
A newly created half-acre public realm will provide retail and restaurant amenities and provide pedestrian access between Bishopsgate, St Mary Axe and Camomile Street to the north.
Clipfine owns and operates its very own Consolidation Centre, providing a fully integrated warehousing and distribution service that allows a ‘Just-in-Time’ approach to deliveries for our projects and corporate clients.
