The Scalpel, with its distinctive geometric design, has become one of the most recognisable towers in the City of London. The Scalpel was originally a nickname coined by the Financial Times but subsequently was designated as its official name.
It is a commercial skyscraper located on Lime Street in the City of London financial area. It rises 190m and has a floor count of 38, plus 2 basement levels. The development provides approximately 37,000sqm of office accommodation over 35 office floors, plus shops and restaurants.
Clipfine owns and operates its very own Consolidation Centre, providing a fully integrated warehousing and distribution service that allows a ‘Just-in-Time’ approach to deliveries for our projects and corporate clients.
Clipfine works across the country, supporting some of the biggest construction and logistics projects.
