150 Bishopsgate is a mixed use development comprising a luxury hotel, residential accommodation and retail units in the City of London EC2.
The 43-storey tower will comprise 190 hotel guestrooms/suites and 120 apartments, along with conference and banqueting facilities, meeting and events spaces, a gym, spa and swimming pool.
The plaza, at the centre of Heron Plaza, will create a new public space animated by shops and cafes at its edges whilst retaining the most characteristic buildings on Bishopsgate and Devonshire Row which will be renovated to form an integral part of the new development.
