At Clipfine, we regularly celebrate and reward employee performance.
This week, it was time to award the Our Way Champion of 2023. This special award, which recognises employees who go above and beyond to deliver excellent services, was presented to Customer Experience Representative, Alfonso Trombetta. Alfonso has been working on our HS2 Euston project for 5 years assisting members of the public to safely navigate the busy and complex construction zones of the project. He has been consistently recognised for his professional and courteous attitude and portraying a positive image for Clipfine Ltd, MaceDragados and HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd. Speaking multiple languages has made him popular with both tourists and locals and he has taken up his post in all weathers, offering assistance and help with a beaming smile. An attitude and approach to work that optimises ‘Our Way’ of doing business.
