Fostering a workplace environment that prioritises mental health and supports the wellbeing of our staff and colleagues is always a priority for our business. Last week, Clipfine teams across our sites and offices observed Mental Health Awareness Week, taking the opportunity to reflect on the importance of mental health and the difference we can make collectively, to recognise the early signs of mental health issues.
Over 400 staff took part in a number of sessions organised to giving staff the time and space to meet and talk to their colleagues outside of their normal working environment. Activities included Lego Serious Play aimed at prompting dialogue and reflection, outdoor ‘walk and talks’ to get teams outside and interacting and healthy eating ‘conversation starter’ activities.
