The existing buildings have been demolished and the proposed scheme will comprise of a Peninsula hotel with 190 guest rooms and 24-28 residential apartments with residential leisure and amenity facilities.
The hotel will also accommodate a number of retail units, restaurants and bars, a ballroom and a leisure/spa facility.
