Twentytwo is a new workplace concept. Located at 22 Bishopsgate, it is a prestigious project in the heart of the City of London that will offer office and social spaces.
The 278m high 62-storey tower will be the first of its kind to house a fresh food market, innovation hub, gym, wellbeing retreat and spa, curated ‘art walk’, business club, cycle hub, destination restaurant, as well as the London’s highest free public viewing gallery. Twentytwo will offer 1.275 million sq ft of flexible workspace for all sizes and scales of businesses.
Due to access constraints and the large amount of materials needed for this project, an off-site consolidation centre is being used to reduce traffic and deliveries. Materials are distributed at night to avoid traffic congestion and to allow workers arriving on-site to start work immediately. This system has been used throughout the construction phase.
Clipfine owns and operates its very own Consolidation Centre, providing a fully integrated warehousing and distribution service that allows a ‘Just-in-Time’ approach to deliveries for our projects and corporate clients.
