Phase 4 consists of three residential buildings arranged around a private courtyard at the centre of the development. It includes Five Fields Square, the largest of the public spaces provided within the masterplan for Chelsea Barracks.
All three buildings are 6 storeys in height with a two storey penthouse set back at the upper levels. The design aims to complement the architectural character and materiality of the earlier phases, whilst also introducing new features and materials that are distinct to this cluster of buildings, providing variation to the development.
The development will also include car parking, a spa, tennis courts, a wellness centre and two garden squares.
Clipfine owns and operates its very own Consolidation Centre, providing a fully integrated warehousing and distribution service that allows a ‘Just-in-Time’ approach to deliveries for our projects and corporate clients.
